When
you complete your on-line wholesale
application, you are agreeing to
the following terms:
YOUR
NEW
SPIRIT NATURALS (NSN) DISTRIBUTORSHIP
ENTITLES YOU:
- To purchase
products at wholesale directly from
New Spirit Naturals, Inc.
- To qualify
for Marketing Positions as outlined
in New Spirit's Business Plan. These
qualifications may change from time
to time and if an active distributor
status, you will be notified of
such changes.
AS A
NSN DISTRIBUTOR:
- No product
purchase is required in addition
to a one time $20 Registration Fee.
- NSN requires
no minimum monthly purchase for
you to retain your status as Distributor.
- All NSN
products purchased are subject to
the warranties and disclaimers applicable
to the products at the time of purchase.
- Should
you
choose to resell product or advance
your Marketing Position, you will
be operating as an independent contractor
and not an employee, agent, partner
or joint venturer of NSN and you
are not authorized to act on behalf
of or to bind New Spirit (or any
of its officers, directors, employees
or agents). As a Distributor, you
will be treated as self-employed
and not an employee of New Spirit
Naturals for federal, state and
local tax purposes.You must file
all returns and reports required
by state and federal taxing authorities
and pay all federal, state and local
taxes arising from your activities
as a Distributor.
- As an Independent
Distributor, you agree to make no
false or misleading statements concerning
NSN Products or Business Opportunity
and understand that if you do so,
your distributorship may be terminated
by NSN. You also agree to use only
materials provided by NSN unless
you receive written company approval
otherwise.You also agree that all
expenses incurred as a distributor
will be your sole responsibility.
- Without
prior approval in writing from NSN,
you may not create audio or video
recordings, develop materials, or
place advertisements of any kind
for use in soliciting or attracting
customers and/or distributors.
- In addition
to achieving volume qualifications,
to advance your Marketing Position
and become eligible for Bonuses
as outlined in NSN Marketing Plan,
you must provide NSN with your Social
Security Number and complete an
Advancement Application for each
Marketing Position you may achieve.
You may also be required to obtain
a Sales Tax Permit for the state
or states you will be marketing
in.
- NSN Company
Policies and Procedures are incorporated
into and made a part of this Agreement,
together with all changes hereto.
- This agreement
is nontransferable and may not be
sold or assigned without prior written
consent from NSN.
- This Agreement
shall be interpreted under the laws
of the state of California.
EXCHANGE
AND REFUND POLICY
Any
decision to purchase products for
resale must be carefully based on
your experience and commitment to
conducting your New Spirit Naturals'
Business. Because products are personal
care items, and health supplements,
they must be exchanged within 30 days
in resalable condition and in their
original packaging. All exchanges
will be assessed a 25% restocking
charge.
As
a Distributor, NSN will cheerfully
refund your money on all Merchandise
returned in salable condition and
in its original packaging only if
notified within THREE BUSINESS DAYS
OF PURCHASE. Refund applies to products
only and does not apply to shipping
charges, Administrative Fees or Training
Fees.
NSN ALWAYS STANDS BEHIND
ITS QUALITY.
NSN will replace or issue credit to
your account for any products of less
than top quality, or for broken or
damaged product. This guarantee does
not apply to products which have been
intentionally damaged or misused,
or to products under warranty.
